Tarte Cosmetics Haul, November 18′

Tarte Cosmetics Haul, November 18′

Tarte Cosmetics is a brand I have loved discovering over the past year or so, which is when I first tried their products and fell in love. I currently have fifteen of their products in my collection and have been desperate for more for a few months, so I finally took the plunge and ordered some bits so welcome to my Tarte Cosmetics Haul!

Here is the Tarte Cosmetics website: www.tartecosmetics.com

The first product I picked up is a limited edition version of  a firm favourite of mine – the Fairy Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara – which is in the cutest pink packaging! It usually comes in a purple packaging which is also really lovely but who doesn’t love a bit of pink in their collection! They also do a waterproof version of this mascara called Lights, Camera, Splashes which I have also tried and really like too! It retails for £21.00 and is available – here

Next, I finally picked up the Shape Tape Foundation, they do this in both a hydrating and a matte formula and I chose the hydrating one purely because I have many matte foundations so I want to add some diversity into my foundation range. Also I did find the concealer from the range to be quite dry on my skin so to avoid disapointment I dodged the matte formula this time round. They retail for £33, the hydrating formula is available – here– and the matte formula –here -.

Another base product I picked up is the Rainforest of The Sea Radiance Drops which are a ‘non-greasy, multitasking elixir with brightening, micro-glistening pearls and the antioxidant Rainforest of The Sea complex to deliver a healthy, mermaid glow anywhere on your face & body‘. What I really love about this product is that it is a hypoallergenic formula which means it’s perfect across the board to add a gorgeous sheen to the skin before applying foundation, it a more subtle way than a liquid highlight. It retails for £30 and is available –here -.

Blush is a product I love the look of when I remember to reach for it, so I thought a new addition from within this Tarte Cosmetics haul, is the perfect way to make me reach for it because what girl doesn’t want to test out her latest buys! I picked up the again limited edition Blush & Glow Blush & Highlighter in Peachy Glow. Which you guessed it is a lovely peachy shade – I sady can’t find this product alone on site but I have found it in a duo (kinda trio) with a lipstick for £17 (£29 value) –here – which would make a lovely gift!

I picked up a lip product too, I have a couple currently which I really love the formula of but the shades aren’t quite the one, they are stunning but aren’t my day-to-day kind of shade so I grabbed the Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint in the shade Front Row which is a deep mauve shade. It claims to be a ‘full coverage, transfer-proof liquid lipstick with quick-dry matte finish‘. Which having used other shades previously I can already vouch for! They cost £17 and all 25 shades can be found –here – there are also so many more shades in different lip paint formulas.

The final product I got in this haul is a single eyeshadow, I do have a Tarte palette in my collection but no singles so I’m really excited to get using this one as I think it’ll be perfect for cut-creases without having to alwayts take that one large palette with the decent gold shade in when you won’t use the rest when you travel! We will have to see but this could be the one (update to come). It retails for £13, which can seem a lot for a single shadow but if it’s formulated well it’ll last forever and cost per wear will be extremely resonable. Available –here -.

That is all for todays Tarte Cosmetics haul! Have you tried any of these products before, if so which is your favourite? Just as a little side note, I know bloggers often show these unrealistic huge hauls worth £100’s but I just want to add that allthough there’s not masses of products mentionned here the monterary value is quite high. I took advantage of a great discount on the day so the retail cost of these products is not what I paid on the day. The total came to £56, they do this amazing deal twice a year and is almost always a sell-out so make sure to keep an eye out for the next one!

I also love Tarte products, I don’t use many of them. I have used the mascara lights, camera, lashes and I love the Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Cover Airbrush Powder Foundation. I need to try the lipsticks and after reading your blog I need to look at the rainforest range too. Look forward to your next blog. x
