Good Morning! Todays we have a Christmas gift guide for beauty lovers – whether it’s a gift from you to you or you’re buying for somebody like myself, this post is the one!
If you aren’t aware I have a series of different gift guides going live this week from a Vegan, beauty and right through to pets – so make sure to keep an eye out for them all!
The first brand I’d like to mention is actually The Makeup Club Cosmetics, a brand that I have recently done a review on, for their matte lipstick collection. If you want to take a look it is linked here – Review: The Makeup Club Matte Lipsticks. The Makeup Club are a new brand to the scene launching this year and I’m all about supporting smaller businesses this year! Here are the selection of matte (L & Centre) and shine lipsticks (R).
They retail for £7.99 each but they also sell in trio’s (£17.99) or the full set of six (£31.99)

Another lipstick that I’d like to mention is the Marc Jacobs Beauty Creme Lipstick in Sugar Sugar, it launched in the Leopard Frost collection. Firstly the packaging is so on trend. Shade wise it is a stunning frosty nude shade perfect to chuck on for day-to-day wear! It retails for £25.00 and is available at Harvey Nichols – here – They also have four other shades in the range! In the Leopard Frost collection they have also released a palette filled with seven very autumnal shades which retails for £39.00. It is in the typical Marc Jacobs packaging but like the lipsticks features the leopard print patterning. Both products would make beautiful gifts for any beauty lover!
Next we have the Nars Hot Tryst Cheek Palette, which again is a Christmas Collection. ‘Uncover your inner rebel with Nars Holiday 2018 Collection, inspired by the iconic punk fashion of the 70s. Stud your style with daring shimmer and shine; spike it with explicitly bold shades for a look thats authentic. Irreverent. Always relevant. The Hot Tryst Cheek Palette features a limited-edition collection contains six covetable shades to contour, highlight, and pop with natural-looking dimension. The silky, superfine micronized powder pigments in matte and shimmering shades ensure irresistibly soft, blendable application to deliver a wide range of effects, from ultra-sheer to powerful pops of colour. These healthy-looking colour enliven the complexion and provide a natural-looking flush to flatter any skin tone.’ This retails for £45.00 which is really resonable considering a standard blush retails for £24.00. Again it is available on Harvey Nichols – here –
Onto an eyeshadow palette now, the Lunar Beauty Life’s A Drag Palette – usually £37.00 is currently £18.50 on Beauty Bay. An incredible saving and a perfect excuse to buy as a gift. It features a range of shades from classic neutrals to pops of colour which is fanatastic for both day-to-day wear and experimental/more artistic looks. Available from Beauty Bay –here– (I do believe the prices are changing as the week goes on so if it isn’t £18.50 as you read I’m sorry angels!)
Those are really the few products I’d mention for now, if you are still stuck for ideas the Jouer lip toppers (available on Beauty Bay) are always an amazing shout too. I will see you soon with another post and more Christmas Gift Guides are coming soon!
See you again soon!
(A section of this post was in collaboration with The Makeup Club Cosmetics, but in no way were my opinions influenced or forced – feel free to read my full review of them just – here -)
